I go from stuffy to runny and my eyes look blood hot from itching and me rubbing them. I used the Nasacort 24 and it certainly helped. My husband hasnt tried it yet cause he had a sinus infection but for me it worked perfect. I dont feel that I got a full 24 hours but I certainly got 18 or so before I needed to reuse. Super easy to use, didnt burn, only a small amount I felt in my throat and it tasted pretty gross. I will be suing on a regular basis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cons: you have to blow your nose before using it to clear the passage, but my nose rarely clears fully. Also, once you spray it, the liquid runs back down, or will make you sneeze if you angle it wrong. Pros: it works. I stop sneezing and my nose doesnt run. It seems to work all day too. All in all, it does what it says it does. I would take a little liquid running out over sneezing and being miserable.

I used it in the morning after breakfast before I left my house. It lasted me from about 9 a.m. until about 2 p.m., before I felt the effects of the spray start to wear off. My allergies are very mild, but very plentiful. I am allergic to pet dander, pollen, dust, and cigarette smoke. Living in an apartment building I am surrounded by all of these things at all times and during my time at home instead of outside, the formula lasted about the same amount of time as when I was out and about. So I would recommend this for people with mild allergies, but be aware that it does not last all day, but about five to six hours before needing more.

I was surprised at how fast it went to work. I noticed my nose instantly clearing up. Within just a few short minutes, I was able to breath clearly through my nose again. The best part was that I didn't have to keep using it throughout the day. I used it once and didn't need it again until the following day. Definitely a must have product for those of us who experience terrible seasonal allergies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Buy for what you are getting. I used to buy the prescription formula until this OTC formula was recently approved. I can't say this is the same exact formula--they will tell you it is, but I think it's close. If you have never tried Nasacort and suffer from allergies, especially indoor type, like dust, I encourage you to try it out. It does give some relief and I haven't experienced any noticeable side affects

After spraying the product in my nostrils, the sinus headache that I had got exponentially worse. I would purchase this for my allergies if I had no other choice, but I will recommend to others who know how to use this product properly since it did not work very well for me.
