I was hoping to see a huge difference from last Spring and I am not disappointed! It has helped me deal with the season change GREATLY. My allergy is really bad usually in spring or fall. I found out a little tingling after spray and also it has 55mcg of medication per spray compared to the regular one I am using which has 50cmg.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner-in-crime suffers from very extreme allergies and he uses nasal spray daily. Of course I was very anxious to try out the Nasacort on him. It didn't last 24 hours and it really didn't provide immediate relief for him. Now for me it did help. This is why I gave it three stars because where I felt relief and have mild allergies really would love to find something that would help for his more severe allergies. Something that you can use maybe once or twice and be done and not constantly be using nasal sprays which proven to not be the best when you use constantly. I would still definitely recommend it to a friend or family member.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works well but doesn't last 24hrs for me it last about 4hrs for me if I'm outside all day. It does help me from sneezing my head off and keeps me from getting congested but since it claims 24hr relief I would like that if it was true for me. If it lasted 24hrs I would have given the Nasacort nose spray 5 stars but I'm giving it 4. It does perform better than other nose sprays I have tried which is a plus.

Pollen levels are high in my area on New England. The first day I did not sniffle at all! My spouse even commented. Day 2, 3 and 4 were great. On day 5 I had a little bit of sniffling but nothing compared to what I used to have with my other nasal spray. Love this product!

Having year around allergies, some days can be better than others, but even the slightest allergy has become dreadful nuisance. Nasacort Allergy 24HR is prescription strength relief without all of the hassle since it's available over the counter. It may seem counter-intuitive to spray a mist up into your nose that is constantly running, but the steps to use the spray are very straightforward. First always shake the bottle before use, remove cap, and if its the first time ever or after its been sometime of use, prime the nozzle by spritzing a fine mist. Next, gently blow your nose and proceed to place tip of nozzle into each nostril while plugging the other and give it a go. Easy enough, right? What I have experienced before with sprays is medicine dripping right back down, deeming it ineffective or inefficient. However, this gives a fine mist rather a jet stream of formula that lightly coats which allows you to inhale it fully. I would say this was rather fast acting, and within less than 15 minutes I noticed my passages clearing and my itchy-nose annoyance disappearing. I love that this is scent-free since I have experienced other sprays with aromas that give me a headache. Nasacort contains no alcohol and provides 24-hour relief from nasal congestion, sneezing, runny and itchy nose. Ive also noticed less itchy eyes, which saves me from having to take my allergy eye drops as much. This is great to take in the morning and go about your day with its non-drowsy formula, since we all deserve to take on the day without being held back by our allergies or our medicine!

I have never used a nasal spray until now, and i can tell you that i will always be using one now. It was almost an instant rtpe of relief. It is very fast acting and long lasting.
