LOVE these noodles, great fast hot snack in winter or occasional indulgence. They are high sodium and carbs so maybe not something you should eat all the time. This is the best-tasting brand and sometimes hard to find but worth the effort. I've bought "better" brands from the Asian grocery at 6x the price, and not found them to be any better.
