It didn't have the money on it that I paid for. It was embarrassing I got different ones for my brother for Christmas he messaged when he tried to use it and said it doesn't have anything on it.

On the back of the card, it says this card can ONLY be used at participating Panda Express locations and can NOT be used at some airport, stadium, university and supermarket locations, and many other places. On the Sam's Club website, I couldn't find the card's restrictions. Now I don't know where to use the card! The Panda Express store in my area rejected my card!

My daughter is away at college so I ordered a gift card for panda express and the balance was zero. Not sure why. Maybe they forgot to activate it?

Zero stars! Upon receiving these , I gave them to my sons as Christmas Gifts! And they came with a zero balance on the cards !!
