I received this for Mother’s Day and couldn’t be happier! It’s sturdy construction and simple set up are great!

I was a little worried this wouldn’t be as good as the rain barrel I got from my local Sam’s Club...(I’m ALWAYS a bit worried buying online when I can’t physically touch/see an item I want)...but the barrel came quickly & perfectly boxed, with the correct hardware connections, the right number of screws, and easy to follow directions on its uses...I’m so pleased with this that I’ll be looking forward to purchasing a smaller rain barrel for another area!

This rain barrel works great collecting rain, and I've already drained it three times with the recent rain storms in Indiana. It was a breeze to set up with the sealant tape, and spout. this will cut down on the water that originally came from my outside spout, and I can instead water my plants, with water from the sky for free. If you buy this I also recommend buying a gutter extender to put in place during the winter months while the barrel is in storage. If you want the water to come out at the same rate as the wall spout you will have to also buy an electric water pump. I just connect the hose, and let gravity do the work, but it you can some pressure buy the electric water pump.

Nice barrel, however we did add extra spout closer to the top of barrel so we could redirect when overflows. The "bug screen" will not allow any water to pass through it, so we need to find something more efficient for keeping bugs and debris out

Spigot runs when off, it's tightly closed. Filter doesn't allow All rain to go in, it flows over the top, will replace with window screen

It leaks, I was not sure from where, shifted it placed a platter under the spigot ...no water in platter but water was still showing underneath. It may be from the seams of the mold IDK will have to look for a seamless container.

There is no way to remove the top….Will be difficult to clean. The unit looks nice.

Very disappointed in this purchase. I bought for my mom as a birthday present and after less then a week of use my mom found the concrete damp beneath the barrel with water dripping from the seams. We have called for a return / exchange - but this was a further hassle, since no receipt or proof of purchase was included in the box. So I needed to e-mail my parents the Purchase order to assist in returning.
