We are sorry for this experience, Maria. To restore the performance of the non-stick surface, we recommend a deep cleaning method. This involves soaking the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. To maintain the appearance and performance of the interior and exterior finish, we suggest: Using low to medium heat during cooking to prevent metal fatigue, warping, deformation, deterioration of the non-stick coating, chipping, and discoloration caused by high heat and thermal shock. Allow the cookware to cool down to room temperature before washing. Never use hard objectives onto the surface of cookware. Avoid exposing it to direct open flames.
