Great stuff

Non stick works great just hand wash and do not use oil if you can help it. This is a beautiful set. So glad we got it.

Love it

I've only had it for a short time, but I use it almost daily. Love, love, love it. The best cookware I have had in 30 years. No regrets in buying it.

Great product

The product is great, the only suggestion is that for the lids use a different type or material, they get hot :)

We are sorry to learn about your experience. We have some important tips for you to care the aluminum cookware set. 1) Always use on low to medium heat. 2) Always cool down to room temperature before washing. 3) Avoid sudden temperature change (thermal shock) on the cookwares and lids. 4) Avoid sharp adjectives touch on the cookware surface. 5) Should burnt grease or food residue collect on the surface, it can usually be removed with warm water and a mild detergent. For extreme cases, residue can be removed with a thorough cleaning using a Soft Scrub. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or coarse scouring pads. If you are still unhappy the set can be exchanged or returned anytime as part of the Member's Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Good value

Heavy set of ceramic pans. Very pretty and good quality. Problem is tops get very hot - but that's the only drawback.

Thank you for the great rating and review, Elena. Please be aware that metal handles may heat up when exposed to high oven temperatures or prolonged cooking. To ensure your safety, we strongly advise using potholders or oven mitts when handling the lids, pots, and pans to protect yourself from the heat.
