We are sorry to hear about your experience, Susana. Here are some tips for you to maintain the superior nonstick performance and shining colors. Always cook in LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT. HAND WASHING RECOMMENDED though these are DISHWASHER SAFE. Always cool down to room temperature before hand washing. The use of high heat and a sudden temperature change (Thermal Shock) can cause metal fatigue, warping, deformation, non-stick deterioration, chipping, discoloration.
