Average at best

This cookware is average, if a bit overpriced. Two of the sauté pans lost the nonstick ability soon after purchase - even though handwashed. Would not recommend unless you can find it discounted.

Equivalent quality to high end brands.

Beautiful ceramic cookware that is a healthier option for non stick. Seems just as nice as the Sur la Table set. Glad we took a chance and bought this cookware.

Highly disappointed

I am highly disappointed in these. Less than 2 months of use and they are chipping inside the pans and on the bottoms, even while only using silicone or wood cooking utensils.

Not my favorite

They are beautiful but only lasted my family of 5 just under two years. The white started changing colors almost immediately and the non stick coating wore off unevenly.

Seasoning your cookware can add a protective layer to help restore its non-stick properties. 1) Wash the cookware with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly to remove all residues. 2) Dry completely with a soft cloth. 3) Apply a thin layer of high-smoke-point oil (e.g., avocado oil, canola oil) to the interior surface using a paper towel. 4) Heat the cookware over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes (avoid high heat, which can damage the ceramic). 5) Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. 6) Wipe off excess oil with a clean paper towel. Repeat this process 2–3 times. If you are still unhappy, you can return the set for a full refund as part of the Member's Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. These pots and pans are beautiful but everything sticks to them. I've gone as far as to use butter and oil together and my food still sticks on here good

Lasted a good month or so and everything starting sticking. Followed all the cleaning instruction.

Found them in store today 1/8/22!!

I’ve been stalking the app trying to get these and no success. Today looked in my store and they had a whole pallet of gray and blue! Excited to have a set and will update after use. I bought gray. in MO.

Love them

I have had these for months and have had no issues with them. The cream and gold is beautiful. I have had no chipping. The handle of the lid does get hot but if you use a pot holder you will be fine. I wait to hand wash until they have cooled.

Nice set, Black is not Black

I have been happy with this set so far! It is functional and is the perfect variety of sizes and accessories. The color is not what I was expecting though. I ordered the black and it is very shiny and the black is more of a deep teal.

Not the Best But Pretty

We originally loved them at first they are beautiful but for a real cook these don't last long. I have had them a little over a year and everything sticks and I haven't been happy with them for a while.

Here are some tips for you to maintain superior nonstick performance. 1) Always cook on LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT. 2) HAND WASHING RECOMMENDED though it is DISHWASHER SAFE. 3) Always cool down to room temperature before hand washing. The use of high heat and a sudden temperature change can cause metal fatigue, warping, deformation, non-stick deterioration, chipping, and discoloration.
