Great set

Bought in store, l choose the black with gold. I love em, I'm in the kitchen 24/7. Very sturdy, and even heating. Clean up a breeze, nothing sticks to the surface. I would definitely recommend. 😊

Don't waste your money

These are beautiful, but they stick, and after getting them, I regret not just buying a better quality set, so I'm not having to buy a new set every year. I'm afraid I will be replacing these soon. I'd buy another brand.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. To restore the non-stick performance, we recommend soak the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Besides, here are some tips for you to maintain the nonstick performance. 1) Use it on low to medium heat consistently. 2) Prevent sudden temperature changes (Thermal Shock) on the pots, pans and lids. 3) Always cool down to room temperature before washing. 4) Hand washing recommended although dishwasher safe. Please refer to the instruction manual for more details.

Major Disappointment

I got the cream ones. They were absolutely beautiful till you cook with them, then the cream becomes stained and you can get them clean! Now they still cook nicely but look terrible! Major disappointment

I absolutely love how easy these are to clean. I’ve only had for a month but I cook more because of these pots and pans. I usually cook under medium flame and I use soft or wooden utensils. Don’t wait buy this set. You won’t regret it.

We are sorry for your experience, Anna. Here are a few more tips for using ceramic cookware: 1. Cook on low to medium heat, always. Since aluminum provides excellent conductivity and delivers even heat distribution, high heat is unnecessary. The use of high heat can permanently discolor and reduce the durability of the cookware. 2. Selecting proper burner size, so heat touches the bottom of the cookware and does not climb up the side walls. 3. We recommend carefully placing pans on and off because sliding across metal stovetops may damage the cookware base. color stains and chips

I got the cream colored ones and they are beautiful but they stain so easily and when you clean them the pain chips off so now I have stained brown and silver polka dot cream colored pans that look horrible

they chip

I really liked the style, can’t beat the price and the cooking is great. BUT they are chipping so much on the exterior. I wished I would of bought the gray and maybe the chipping would be less noticeable (bought off white)

We’re amazing, until they weren’t.

Worked amazing at first. Now everything - I mean everything - sticks and you have to scrape your food out. I had high hopes for these. Sad they didn’t sustain their “non-stick” coating.
