You squeeze the gel onto applicator and spread it on your teeth. What I love about it is that I can get it on my back teeth which are usually missed when using the strips. After a few days of using it I definitely didn't notice any results and it goes on kind of weird and odd if you ask me. I don't feel like it actually stays on my teeth after applying it or I just have to keep my mouth open and look super silly.

I used this two times in one day and I noticed a difference after just those two times. I am nervous about developing sensitivity so I'm trying not to use it a lot but I am very impressed that there was a noticeable difference after only two applications. I quit using over the counter whitening treatments for several reasons. One, I have very sensitive teeth and most of the others made it worse. This does not hurt my teeth at all! Also, other treatments have that thick nasty taste that has to stay on for several minutes- almost causing me to gag. The Crest Whitening Emulsions does not have to be rinsed off, has a pleasant taste and disappears in a few minutes. I am a coffee drinker and this is proven to work for me. I only use it in the morning and at night but you can use it up to 4 times per day. I think you will truly enjoy using this over the other options. It is pleasant and easy to use. Yet once you have it there it works like a charm every single time. I have noticed a significant difference in the whiteness of my teeth after using his product for a couple weeks. It is very simple to use and easy just a pop in your purse or car and go and use it on the go or you can easily use it at home as well.
