The mattress I purchased was overall a great purchase. After researching many other mattresses this one was not only in my budget but the comfort level is way above average. It is perfect.

Great Mattress! Great Value! It exceed expectations and is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. No need to pay more to have superb mattress.

We have another mattress from this company that we love. We ordered this one and the chemical smell is awful.. Its been airing out for 5 days and it still stinks. My son has had to sleep on the couch.

Fast delivery, good packaging. After sleeping for more than a week on this mattress, we are very pleased. Comfortable, cool, and no longer troubled by restless sleeper.

Very comfortable.

Great mattress

Comfortable memory foam

Very comfortable

Mattress is uneven.

I'm really disappointed in this order. I ordered this mattress on the 22nd of February and the latest shipping information states that it won't be delivered until the end of the day on the 7th of March. This is the second mattress that I have ordered online, the first experience being just as bad. I'm really considering cancelling my SAM's Club membership as I feel like having to wait over 2 weeks for an item that I was promised in less than a week, is excessive, especially for the second time.
