My order at walmart.com was shipped and arrived almost a week ahead of when it was scheduled to arrive. I'm not sure if it was because the holiday (Christmas) season was approaching, or if this is the norm. Pleasantly surprised. This is the only product that will work with my printer, so nothing to say about that except I will only order HP replacements for my HP printer (makes sense)...what else is there?

I had a HP 1020 printer for about 6 years, which used a HP12A toner cartridge, but the printer began failing (I think the heat unit went out), so a new P1102w was purchased and this HP85A is what it uses - this toner cartridge doesn't have the same capacity as the HP12A, runs out quicker, but it's what this printer uses, and is costs a bit less, so this is what I will be using - of course I can't recommend it to any one else unless they would use this type of printer.

Please don't waste you time with knock off cheaper replacements. Out of the last 6 I have ordered, only 2 worked OK. There was a different type print issue with each one. You realize they use old or reconditioned internal parts that wear out and affect your quality. Go with new OEM HP and you will have no problems. I know it cost more but that's the way the industry is set up. Cheap printers, high price ink and toner. At least it's a better alternative than ink jet which is outrageous. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

This HP Laser jet Toner Cartridge was factory wrapped, delivered quickly, and I was back in business. With the online discounts I get by watching the sales, Walmart's price beat everyone in town and the product came to my door without extra shipping fees. I can't think of an easier way to receive replacement parts in a rural area than by using this site and taking advantage of door to door service for free!

While the printer cartridge is a standard, swap-in, kind of item, it came with easy instructions (although pictures on the box, not in step by step on an instruction sheet) and was exactly what was called for by the printer manufacturer. Walmart was quick to replace the unit when the original was lost in transit. Go Walmart!!

I always use genuine HP toner in my LaserJet printer because I know it consistently will provide me with high quality print results. Great product would recommend to everyone.

I have to make sure I don’t run out of ink too soon so I stick to this because it was specifically made for my printer. Gets me through a semester or two of school depending on how much I decide to print.
