[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed started out pretty firm compared to medium firmness but after a few months of sleeping on it it has changed to be more medium. I had to add a mattress topper but the thickness is great and the bed sits up high

This mattress is firm but not rock hard; it's a great balance. It is also a very thick/deep mattress, so make sure your sheets are deep or they might not fit. Another great feature is that it has handles on the sides for easy moving. I received this item for free in exchange for my review.

Both my husband and I were having back/neck issues and trouble sleeping but didn’t make the connection. After getting this mattress that all changed! I was afraid the mattress was going to be too firm and for the first couple of nights it did feel that way. Around the third night of sleeping on it though it was perfect! It has the right amount of firmness that my back and neck needs! I sleep soundly now and my back and neck aren’t achy anymore. My husband doesn’t toss and turn all night either! If only we had gotten this mattress sooner!!

So I decided to try this plush one and now I am sleeping the best I have in years! It's comfortable and supportive. I melt into my bed now and don't want to leave it. While it's extra firm which is great for the extra support we need it is still super comfortable. We are back and side sleepers and this just feels great at night. Another great feature is that they are made to keep their shape for the life of the mattress. All of our other mattresses seem to lose their shape....Oh, and with the firm mattress you really can't feel anyone next to you moving around which really helps for a better night's sleep!

The mattress height surprised me since it's a lot taller than my previous mattress. However it still fits standard sized sheets. It just makes it a higher bed than I was used to.

It's very sturdy and seems to be dense enough to still feel soft and comfortable. We're all pretty much side and back sleepers so we've been getting extra good sleep lately. We haven't woken up in the middle of the night from discomfort. We've been waking up on time every morning with more energy and less grogginess. My kids now like to watch movies in my room which they never did before. The queen size is perfect for us. The mattress is not only comfortable but very pretty and super soft. Next time I need a mattress it will be a beauty rest.

Highly recommended, as it provides me with the firm support that I want. Its firm but has a small cushion topper that gives the required comfort and the best part is movement on one side of mattress is not felt on the other side.
