The mattress is firm but very soft because of the pillow top! It forms to your body, like the mattress was made for just you. It keeps your body temperature even and moisture away from you. From the first night of sleeping on it I have been waking up feeling refreshed and we'll rested! I would definitely recommend this product!

Upon first look you can tell it was a great quality, solid built mattress. We both have back issues, and we are feeling better after sleeping on it. We haven't felt this well rested in years. The mattress is firm, but extremely comfortable. We are both very happy with this new mattress. I would recommend this mattress if you have any aches and pains or even just like a firm matress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best extra firm mattress I have ever had. Last night rest was the best. I slept through the night like a big 50 year old baby. I didn't even wake up to use the bathroom. Recommend this to anyone that like an extra firm mattress. I did receive mattress with a little rip. Didn't know who to call for replacement so I kept it.

A bit “too firm” for a Medium rated mattress for my liking. Too many seams which are loose and miss sewn so there appears to be some quality control issues in the factory. Nonetheless, I purchased this mattress at a really good price, I just hope that guests are comfortable sleeping on it and that it lasts for several years.

This mattress was great when I first got it. Unfortunately it has started to sag badly causing me back pain. I financed this bed with base for 5 years and I am only a year and a half in and having problems. I would try to warranty it but the sag isn't technically deep enough to qualify. Because of my back pan I am probably going to end up buying another mattress while still making payments on this mattress which is very frustrating.

Just what I was searching for its really firm and comfortable and supports me very well.

Dented in 2 months of using, had to get a replacement.
