[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thing I really love about this mattress is that it has a very "plush" soft feeling, yet somehow, it's still very supportive. When I lay on it, there is no indentation where my body weight pushes the mattress down, like you'd normally have on a soft mattress or a memory foam. It's very supportive and still feels plush and cloud like to lay on. Supposedly, it has a "dynamic response memory foam" in it. If you have slept on memory foam before and didn't like the feel of it...this is nothing like your typical memory foam mattress. It does not give that same contour feeling where your body molds to the shape of the mattress. If that's what you're looking for, this might not be right for you. If you want a mattress that supports your body, yet still feels cozy and soft...it's great! I can't speak to the longevity of the mattress, but I know Beautyrest has a good reputation, so hopefully it'll last a long time. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had a mattress for 10 years and it was a soft mattress, I loved it but it was time to buy a new one. I got a hybrid that was a bit more firm and every night I'd toss and turn. I got this extra firm mattress to see if it would help and I sleep through the night now. I don't feel my partner when he moves around and the sheets never pull up off the bed, probably because it is so firm that there isn't much movement. So far it is holding up shape really well.

I must say we have never slept better! We wanted a medium firm pillow top to replace a a way too soft pillow top. We made the right decision. You can tell instantly that the mattress is very well made. This will last for many years. Happy we have it and my back feels much better! Highly Recommend!

So far, I have little to no back and hip pain after sleeping 2 nights on this mattress. That’s fantastic!! However, the first night I was very hot and didn’t feel that the mattress was “cooling” at all, despite the brutal cold outside and the 64 degree temp in the house. Last night I had the furnace turned down to 64, turned on the overhead fan to cool me and slept better. But does the mattress really have a cooling element? It didn’t seem like it the first night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this mattress and box spring for about 6 weeks and have used it everyday since it was delivered and it's a little too firm for me. So I added an egg crate topper and a pillow top mattress pad topper and that helped with the firmness. I believe this mattress is well made because the stitching is good. Also, my wife and I are larger size and it holds both of our weights well. My pets like it, they jump and roll around on it. Aside from being slightly more firm than I would like it's also pretty tall. I'm about 5'5" and it sits at my waist line. All in all it's a good mattress, but firm, a little too tall for me, but it's made well and if you prefer a firmer mattress it will work well for you.

The overall quality and firmness of this mattress is amazing. It is actually extra firm, so if you love your mattress very firm, this would be a great mattress for you. I think having a firm mattress is nice because it helps me sleep better at night and have such a great quality sleep. I hate waking up with a backache, and while I was sleeping on this mattress, I didn't have any issues with any pain. I actually work up very well rested. It's nice to actually be able to get a good night sleep and be well rested. What an amazing mattress this is. This mattress provides you with a great firmness, especially if that is what you're looking for in a mattress. I really love that you don't get woken up by your partner either. It offers a great low motion so that you shouldn't be able to feel when your partner moves. My partner seems to move a lot, so it's nice to have a mattress like this. I absolutely love the plush soft top as well. It's very soft and cushiony. It gives that great support while you are sleeping. This has been one of the best mattresses for keeping my back from aching. I love it! I certainly would recommend this mattress to anyone who loves a good firm mattress and wants better overall sleep. You'll wake up so refreshed and feeling great about your sleep. I really do enjoy this mattress. I'm so glad I was able to wake up feeling great. That's all I ever really want in a mattress, is to feel like you got a great nights sleep and you don't wake up with aches and pains anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had a semi firm mattress so I was excited to try out this firm mattress for the extra back support it would offer. The mattress was a bit taller than my last mattress so having my stairs helped to get in the bed as I have a box spring as well. The first thing I noticed was how the firmness came all the way to the edge so it was a nice surprise that when you sit on the edge of the bed it doesn’t slope. I sleep on my side a lot and this is a definite bonus. This also is amazing to know as when my husband moves during the night, it doesn’t wake me up as it is that firm. The first night sleeping on this mattress made me question if this was going to work as the mattress is super firm, not hard but super firm. After the third night I was getting used to the firmness and by the fourth night I knew this was going to work just fine. I questioned whether I should add a mattress topper to provide a bit of cushion but after the fifth night realized that isn’t needed as it just took time to get used to the mattress. I get hot during the night and this mattress has a cooling feature that is noticeable as I haven’t woken up overheated at all. My opinion is that this mattress is a hit and I definitely recommend it.

I really like that it has fibers enhanced with silver to provide antimicrobial performance and moisture wicking. I still recommend a mattress protector to protect your investment. Don't let the name plush get you. It is not like a cloud that you sink into and can't get up. It doesn't leave a bit indent where you laid. It is a relatively medium firmed mattress, in my opinion. It has been great. It has great support and keeps it shape. All very important.
