Straws are terrible.

They are great

Everyone is complaining about the straw being hard to drink from and makes noises. That is because there is no air flow. When you lift up the straw part, there is a little round silicone piece. You need to remove that from the bottom of the lid. Now, air can flow through, and you're able to drink from the bottle properly. I wish they had put that in the instructions, but now my kids like sounding like a dolphin when they drink so they refuse to let me take it out. It's scary to hear it in the middle of the night while you're sleeping because your kid got thirsty. I like the shape, capacity, look, and 2 drinking options, but it doesn't keep your drinks cold for as long as other bottles. They're still my kids' favorite, though.

Poor quality. Straw spout doesn't work. The gaskets on the straw everytime you open and close the straw mouth piece it starts to come out of place then the bottle leaks. Also the noise it makes when you try to drink out of it is so loud my dog freaks out over the noise.

Bad reviews are completely true. It is very hard to drink out of and you barely get anything out. The noise is really loud. The kids like the noise because it's funny. But also our 8yo got in trouble with the teacher for it because it was so loud. It literally sounds like a dolphin call. Lol! It does not keep water cold long enough either. It does clean in the dishwasher really well and we love the handle and colors. So that's really good. But the noise and actual water flow is not good. Spend your money on a better bottle

These cups are awful. This is actually my 3rd time buying them recently as they fit the size I need so was hoping I had just gotten duds. The straws are literally impossible to drink from, and I'm an adult! No amount of sucking brings but a dribble of water. I have trouble shot placement, etc. and just no fix. Lids leak too, back again they go. Even on sale they are not worth it. Go back to Owala PLEASE. My grandkids have had Owala for years and they still work perfectly as intended.

Both bottles leak. They also don't keep the water cold very long. I have a different bottle from another brand that keeps the water cold forever. If I put four ice cubes in they are still frozen in the afternoon. These bottles the ice is melted within an hour and the water starts to get warm not long after.

I work the whole day outside in a hot weather as a PT and this bottle keeps my drink cold for a long time. It’s the perfect size, it has a handle that makes it very easy to take with me. The color is as pictured and looks modern. It is sturdy too, I dropped it multiple time by accident and glad it is still intact!
