A close fit for storing it in the Fridge. Otherwise, lovely and easy to manage. Really does hold the cold. Appreciate it in the horrible heat.

They leak the straw part doesn't work. Has a design flaw with the rubber gasket in the straw so no water will go through the straw. it also makes a loud noise when trying to drink out of it. I do not recommend.

Both water bottles have a strange noise, but if you remove the seal it leaks everywhere. Even with the seal, sometimes it will leak out of the sides. Do not buy.

These bottles makes loud noise when you drink from them without the straw. Very annoying. But it keeps my drink cold and was on sale. So i kept it.

The screw top would stay closed which leaked and the seal on the screw lid also leaked. Ruined a few things before I figured out it wasn’t user error and that it was not a great water bottle.

I really like this insulated water bottle. It keeps my water cold a long time. Really comes in handy during my workouts at the rec center. The only problem is it is very tall and doesn't fit in my cup holder, but I can handle that.

This is a great water bottle. Very suitable for small hands. My daughter (8yrs old) loves it and is able to handle it with the rest of her school belongings just fine.

Purchased the two pack. One was great. The other was cracked on the inside of the lid where the straw goes in. Could not return to the store because the packaging had been tossed. I registered with the product website and it said contact using the warranty form. There is no warranty form or contact info that I was able to find on the website. Found an email address using Google for the company and sent photos. It's been several months and still nothing. But overall the one that's not cracked is a decent water bottle for the price.

I purchased this bottle for the dual lid. I thought that it would be great. I have some other Hydraflow bottles that my children have taken ownership of and needed my own again. On the first day of using this, I couldn't figure out why water would go down the side of the bottle by the lid. As I was using the bottle the next day, I realized that sometimes, when I drink from the straw, the water somehow leaks and trickles down the side of the bottle. I assume that the connection with the area isn't great. I also think that the drinking hole is a little small and awkward to drink out of. Other than that they do keep the water cold all day.

I brought this two bottle set from Sam's Club less than three months ago. I contacted Hydraflow to see if they would be willing to send me a replacement set or even a discounted set. You should be able to have a water bottle that lasts more than three months. There are visible scratches, dent, both tops are leaking, and the strap has broken. They have fallen apart under normal use. I emailed HydraFlow three times, but they have not responded. Looking at the BBB website, this is a common occurrence. Please be careful ordering from this company, they don't care about repeat business or their customers. Disappointing and won't be buying from this company again.
