Of course the best dill pickle for sandwiches is also the most expensive. But thats what happens once you try them. Nothing else will do after you buy them once. Sure, other pickle brands will work for other things, like potato salad, etc, but from now on, you will only be able to make your deli sandwiches with Klaussen. Its just the way it is. sorry. and yes they are expensive. you get used to it.

i love these pickles and i buy at least 4 to 6 jars a month,or i use too, they have cut back on amount of spices and amount of pickles they pack in the jar. the taste has suffered they are not crunchy and crisp any longer! the cucumbers are not quality like they use to be and the price 5.45 a jar they are not worth the money any longer they have fallen !!!

Not sure what has happened to the quod a claussen pickle but I’ve been very disappointed in the texture, look and taste. I requested a refund the first time thinking that they weren’t sealed properly and they went bad but the next time I bought them I tried the sliced for sandwiches rather than the halves I purchased the last time thinking they’d be good but I found the same problem. I didn’t request a refund on the smaller jar but they’ve lost a lifetime customer. I’ve been buying Claussen pickles for 5 decades but I won’t spend another dime on them.

These would be nice for stacking if you wanted an extra thick sandwich I don’t think there’s any spice in them or I wouldn’t be eating them. They’re not salty and I wouldn’t heat them up. They’re the perfect flavor. They are my favorite pickles. I buy them every week or two whenever I run out of them I like to put them in a sandwich or Eden was another meal.

These are the best pickles I've ever had. They are a little expensive, but they are well worth the money.

Flavor is great, but every time i buy them most of the pickles are soggy and mushy gross. What happened to the crunch!.? i wont be buying again. Boar's Head pickles are superior.

My husband is the Clausen pickle lover in the family but he much prefers everything about the halves rather than these sandwich slices. Back to our favorite tasting pickle halves. For flavor%26 crunch!

I love these sliced pickles... just the right amount for a quick salty snack. My only gripe is that it is only 20oz while the pickle halves and spears are the same price but the volumn is larger. I still buy these because of the convenience.

Husbands favorite snack. He enjoys the flavor, crunch, and overall taste of a dill pickle. It is not too sharp to eat alone or on a sandwich. It cost a little more than other dill pickles but worth every penny.
