Sometimes I’ve gushed so much that the pad hasn’t been fully covering me. These solve the problem. No worries that the pad bunches or moves off to the side as these are all in one undergarments. No worries and undetectable under my clothing!

They also do not make any noise while wearing them! It is almost like you do not have anything on!! These cover extremely well. No leaks and felt dry all day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This protection underwear surprised me! It has a lot of stretch to it, which I wasn't expecting but really appreciated. It provided enough protection for me to feel comfortable without worry of leaks. Only thing is I couldn't wear it with leggings. You could totally see the outline in my leggings. Other than that, great stuff!

This is the best I ever tried and wish for kind which would hold during the evening which is about 8 to 10 hours... Also wish to have bunch into one box which wld last for month as individual package is only hold for four days... Thank you for improving on this and would recommend other women to have this brand...

I have used these exclusively for 2 years and rated them 5 Star because they were 100% effective, the fit was superb, and no other Brand could compare. On a recent re-purchase it was noted that the packaging has changed. Though it is stated that the product is the same, I have consistently found the first 3 used from the new package to be not as effective. This is disappointing, and if there has been a change I will have to make an inquiry with Always regarding another comparable well-fitting product in their line which might better suit my needs? It is not my preference, but if there isn't I will have to seek out another Brand.

I’ve been using this line for sometime now, and had some issues with it being too tight around the inside of my legs and it bunching up in the middle of the night. Come to find out that the size I was using was too small. These fit quite a bit more comfortably and I have found that I can use these for two nights instead of one because it keeps me feeling clean and dry. I would definitely recommend this product. 

I have been wearing these for several years with no leakage problems at all. Then one night I got up urgently having to go. This time I didn't make it, I leaked all over the floor! I didn't know what had happened. It's like the legs are too BIG? I took a chance the next night, same thing happened! I still do not know what to think. I checked the legs & they look bigger than I remember< Has anyone else had this problem?

It is reaffirming to see so many guys have actually tried these and found they worked, since I have changed over from my Depend Underwear for Men to these. Originally I bought these for my wife but when I tried one on I found it was extremely soft and comfortable - much more so than my normal brand. These are even more comfortable than the RealFit line. I asked my wife if she would mind me wearing these and she had no problem with it...after all she knows what my normal brand feels like. The padding extends far enough up in the front to really make these usable for guys and I don't find the scent to be too strong; it does mask the urine well. If Always does decide to make these for men, it would be a very welcome addition; thanks for a really nice product.

This is true to size, great stretch, soft material, and No discomfort. I would recommend this product. This padded underwear can be worn anywhere, anytime, just not in the waters.
