I have bought and tried these underware. Very nice product, but for myself I still have leakage at night. Would love to see the underware with full back coverage for night time.. I really think that women may benefit with full back coverage for night time. That is what I have been looking for myself.

Her biggest worry was that there would be leakage out the sides when sleeping, but she reports that so far that has not been an issue. She said they're also pretty comfortable overall and easy to tear off when ready. No complaints that I know of other than she would like a little bit more comfy.

These do not ride up and very comfortable u can’t even tell when they’re being worn. Very absorbent and non scented. The material is very elastic and flexible.

The package isn't overwhelmingly embarrassing, and she hasn't had any issues since she's been using them! I haven't asked her many questions about them since she doesn't like talking about it - but they seem to work very well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's stretchable so it's a snug fit, I can move freely. I've used this for postpartum and it works like a charm. It's very convenient. No irritations, no leaks, not bulky, and very absorbent. I've used this too for my period and it gave me confidence even when sleeping tossing in the bed left and right. It kept the shape for the most part. It's not bulky but feels and looks like a regular underwear with a pad.

Though this isn't something I personally need frequently at this point in my life, it does come in handy to have from time to time (think jumping on a trampoline, traveling, colonoscopy prep). The absorbency was great, the pad felt nice and thick and it definitely does it's job. I felt around the legs that it maybe rubbed a bit more than it should (but I have thicker thighs). They are priced at a decent price point and look much better than some of they older and more traditional disposable underwear and pads. In regards to odor, I feel it gave good coverage and I did not feel uncomfortable wearing them.
