[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The name says it all - DISCREET! These were absolutely imperative to have during postpartum recovery! I have gifted all of my soon to be mom friends with these after using them myself. I love that they are not thick and bulky like a diaper (who wants to wear that???). They provided the perfect perfection and were comfortable too!

I'm using these as extra protection while I recover from a temporary physical disability. They are comfortable and absorbent. I didn't make it to the bathroom once and the underwear absorbed almost all of my urine. A little did trickle down one leg, but I think that's because I bought a size too big--these run large. I'm a solid size large in women's wear but should have bought s/m based on the size chart. The scent is a bit much though, but I get it--part of this is masking odor.

I didn't experience any leakage. I would recommend these for anyone that is wanting something that is similar to wearing regular underwear.

Being a 40 year old woman that has a period I have had many years of worrying if I have leaked through my underwear and have a spot on my pants. Now with alwaysdiscreet - Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear I do not have to worry at all since they are literally underwear with a pad in it! Very comfortable and discreet it doesn't make any "diaper" sounds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing. I can finally sleep through the night, tossing and turning as much as I want. No leaks, even on my heaviest days. Such a relief! I'll never go back to using pads during the night.

I have used this product for years, however for the last few months I have experienced what feels like little hard rocks/balls in the panty (very uncomfortable). There is NO super absorbent core that turns pee to gel. Very disappointed. Spending my money on a product I used to love but has really gone down hill fast.
