They are not bulky which makes them very discreet but they are absorbent and do not smell. I would definitely recommend for your postpartum care or if you have incontinence issues.

I have been using Always but I have found, particularly in the Always Discreet Maximum pink underwear that it seems the urine remains on the surface for a while so that if I feel an urge and go to the restroom, there is a wetness topically on the surface and sometimes, in the morning (if I wear at night - don't always need full underwear at night) when I go to the restroom, I find wetness in the area between the padding and the stretchy material around the leg hole and that joint of my leg to torso. I have found your product to be more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing than others but have found this problem recently. Also, it seems the black (which I prefer) do not have the absorbency that the pink have. Have only tried two or three other products but it is cost prohibitive to try and the find out some are totally useless or like underwear for Baby Huey. Samples would be more helpful for all the manufacturers. Please advise.

I bought a package of the always discreet underwear xl maximum last week thinking I had found a solution to my incontinence problem. I quickly determined that wasn't going to happen when I put on my first pair and half of my rear end wasn't covered. (Yes, I made sure I was buying the correct size for my weight). I tried wearing them anyway, but they wouldn't stay up; they ended up down underneath my buttocks! I think you need to re-think your sizing parameters. It looks like you think 100 pounds is the magic number in determining the next larger size. You need to have real, live women (and men) to try on and wear the different sizes to see where improvements are needed.
