Specifically among the full diaper choices. No one, as an adult, wants to purchase or even use *diapers". So when we are in a position where we have to have something like that, it is beneficial to our emotions and mental health when there is an option like this one. Incontinence underwear is a huge difference to me, over adult diapers. This product actually has a nice look to them, they are better for comfort, they look and feel better under your clothing, and i personally feel more confident wearing this product over a solid white, bulky, ugly, unflattering adult diaper. My mother and father, when they were very sick, always hated diapers and they made them feel so sad to have to wear them. A product like this one would have gone a long way, for them, in regards to their emotional state. I absolutely recommend this product. Don't go for those awful adult diapers. Pick up a pack of absorbent incontinence underwear like Always Discreet.

These disposable undergarments are perfect for overnight wear, everyday use or while traveling. I wouldn't say they have A LOT of absorbancy but they would definitely help for the occasional smaller accident.

I can move around in them. I wear these to help with incontinency, & they help prevent leaks. They have absorbent padding & pull up to my waist. They fit like regular underwear & I like how convenient they are. When I’m out I don’t have to worry making an unexpected mess & wear them at home too. They keep me feeling dry & odor free. I can keep an extra in my bag too, without it taking up a lot of space. The S/M fit true to size.

They ensure that she does not stain her sheets or clothes at night! I wish I would have thought to buy these when I gave birth! No one ever talks about what to expect after having a baby and these are amazing to prevent leaks and catch all of the flow. Highly recommend for those with heavy flow or postpartum.

Thank you for a great product! I have tried every brand out there and the Always Discreet is awesome! The ones made for men that I have tried, are uncomfortable and bulky. I tried the ones made for woman and have found them to be more comfortable and undetectable. I really like the scent of Always Discreet, never smell of urine. As another reviewer said they definitely have the proper coverage for men and hold plenty without leaking like others I have tried. I recommend to everyone, you should try them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the concept of the full coverage and no leaks however it may be impractical for all day use. If you are out and need to change it you will have to take your pants all the way off and then on again. Good for overnight though.

I have MS and one of the symptoms is fecal incontience. Because all of the diapers I have tried in the past 11 years are noticeble when wearing pants, I have not been comfortable with them on. Today was my first day wearing Always discreet and pants. They are COMFY, and discreetttt.
