As for absorbency, Always is tops. No leakage. BUT as for fit, it's the bottom of the list for me. Your Small/Medium is too small, and your Large/ Extra Large too big. I weigh 147 pounds, am now only 5'2", but the Sm/Med is too short, only hugging my hips. And the puckered fabric is irritating my sensitive skin. I now use them only at night, and Silhouettes during the daytime. They fit, are comfortable, but not as leakproof. They are the Sm/Med size.

I have been wearing these for several years with no leakage problems at all. Then one night I got up urgently having to go. This time I didn't make it, I leaked all over the floor! I didn't know what had happened. It's like the legs are too BIG? I took a chance the next night, same thing happened! I still do not know what to think. I’ve been buying this discreet underwear for four years now and it used to be white and very good quality. The last few times I’ve ordered it I expected the white ones and now they’ve changed to this awful color of pink and the quality has gone way way down. They should change the name from always to never because I’m never buying this product again ever.
