A great stylish design for women with a comfortable feel of real panties. They are perfect to wear when I need occasional protection from little leaks at long events. Nice to have extra protection.

The only problem I have is that I can only find them in a large size and I would rather have an extra-large size. I went online to see if I could get them in a larger size but the only available to purchase online is a small/medium. Not everyone wears this size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the Always Discreet Disposable Underwear. I wear a 14-16 in pants and the large fit perfectly. They did not feel bulky or baggy under my clothes. They are absorbent, and hide odors. I found them comfortable to wear and would recommend them.

I have been buying the always discreet for 2 years several packages a month for my mother and she has always loved them. Since changing to from the white to pink they just are not them same. They smell terrible - they smell almost like an insecticide - especially the ones you buy 2 in a box, the ones you buy 1 a single package are not a smelly, we just threw 2 package away and are trying to air out 2 packages. They also do not fit the same. Please please go back to the white ones. Why did they change? May try to ones that are for sensitive as they look white - but they are more expensive - hopefully they will not smell.

Thank you "always discreet" for making a woman feel like a woman without embarrassment. Perfect fit not too snug on my stomach, other different brands are too snug, the same size but a different brand of S/M (Maximum), which makes my stomach hurt and uncomfortable. "Always discreet" is the best for me. Very absorbent. Light color and design show me the front of the panty I wear it with underwear too, if comfortable without underwear on top your choice that’s possible to do underwear on top I’m very pleased with this product Extremely Absorbent and an excellent product, highly recommend them.

They felt comfortable while wearing my jeans and pajamas. They are very well made. I like that they offer several different sizes instead of one size fits all. I highly recommend them and would definitely buy again.

I tried your Protective underwear, the extra large size. The package is marked for 48-64 inch. This product will not fit a 64 inch waist or hip. It is tight on me and my measurements are around 56 inches. Also the waistband rolls down when they are being worn. I like the crotch design very much. there is much less leakage. With so many people having incontinence, you should make these in individual sizes, like regular underwear.

They fit perfectly, soft & comfortable like wearing underwear. She was afraid it would look like a diaper, it did not. You couldn't even tell when she had them on under jeans. Very absorbant. I tried getting her another brand and they didn't fit her well and they were bulky. She loves these. I highly recommend.
