Leakage can be so embarrassing, but with these underwear I don’t feel embarrassed at all and I feel to totally protected. These fit true to size.

I have been buying another "high end" brand for a number of years. Post colonrectal cancer lots of bladder issues caused by radiation/chemo means that bladder and bowels are not "reliable. Saw the Always brand and thought I would give them a try. Love them!!! The only problem is they are hard to find almost always sold out on the LX large size I can wear the L but they are too short in the back....LX is perfect. Sold out lots of times in Canada....just hate to have to revert to the "expensive" brand. thanks, Joyce Canada

On my 2nd day, my flow tends to be so bad that it wakes me up in the middle of the night but the underwear gave me piece of mind. The s/m worked perfectly! I’m 5 foot 11 inches and weight around 175lbs. I typically wear an 8. They aren’t sexy but they do a good job protecting you!

The huge exception is no medium size. S/M is way too small for me and L/XL is way too big. In what universe do women come in only two sizes? Tiny and Giant? I highly recommend for tiny and giant size women. Average size? Forget it. Please start making in size Medium. One of your competitors has started making size Medium. Can't you please follow suit?

I like the design they look like regular underwear. I never get a leak. They absorb well. I highly recommend these underwear. They give me 100% protection.

I don't usually wear the underwear type of product. Usually wear pads but I will say these are very absorbant and more discreet than other brands I have tried even though I was still a little concerned that people would be able to tell. They were also comfortable

I have used this product for years, however for the last few months I have experienced what feels like little hard rocks/balls in the panty (very uncomfortable). There is NO super absorbent core that turns pee to gel. Very disappointed. Spending my money on a product I used to love but has really gone down hill fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are good and don’t leak too badly. Sizing is definitely a little off for some reason. These seem to run on the smaller side. Overall they are a good product. I would recommend but possibly size up on them.

But I really did find these to be great when it came to comfort and absorbency. They are also so comfortable !! You really don’t feel the difference from a regular pair of underwear. I would definitely add them to my shopping list if I am in need again!

They are barely noticeable, they absorb EVERYTHING, and make being a female a tad more convenient. I would definitely recommend these to any girl who wants to be lazy on their period but not messy.
