The only downside I really found was disposal . They are quite bulky after use and not as discreet at that point.

I recently had a radical prostatectomy for cancer leaving me with incontinence issues. I tried always discreet and was very impressed. The absorbent section rises high enough in the front to be very effective, The double leg guards provide extra security and the absorbent core distributes the wetness very well using all the capacity and locks it away. I especially like the trim fit and less bulk than other products.
