I was so impressed with the comfort and how well they absorb during the day. Wish I would have tried these sooner

Received my sample yesterday and gave it a test drive today. SO comfortable! I like the stretchy waistband and the absorbent padding is placed where it should be. The lavender scent is a nice touch and isn't overwhelming. I found the leg cuffs to be a little snug at first but they eased up. Voided a full bladder and the urine was immediately drawn away into the core, no leaking around the legs. No rashes and the underwear held its shape well, no sagging. I was impressed and it still could have held more fluid. My new backup for field trips, long rides and other places where access to a bathroom is limited.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these for heavy periods not incontinence so I can't speak about them for that, but they are great at night to provide leak protection for heavy flow. They save my sheets. They are comfortable enough. Would repurchase.

I have always used Always brand and brought my daughters up using them also but after having 3 children and getting up in age I needed something for incontinence and I started with Poise. When I finally seen that Always had panty liners for incontinence I had to give it a try and of course I Loved it. The only thing that I have a problem with is that it doesn’t stay in place as well as the Poise liners. The Always liners have the best absorbency than the Poise but the Poise liners stay in place much better. If Always stayed in place as well as Poise, your liners would be #1 in every category!!!

I'm 21 years old and was diagnosed with MS at 18. Incontinence has just started to be a problem and it was always so embarrassing. I can usually get to a bathroom but there are days when my legs decide not to work and can't get there fast enough, or when I go out anywhere and I don't know where a bathroom is it can be a huge problem! I used the always discreet pads for a while but they just weren't absorbent enough and sometimes would cause an accident anyway. There were times where I wouldn't even go out with friends because I was "sick" when really I was too embarrassed to go in case I had an accident. Now I figured wearing adult incontinence underwear is less embarrassing than having an accident, and I am very happy! The only problem is I wish there was an extra small option because the small/medium does not always fit as well as I would like it to. But overall, great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Always Decreet underwear absorbs a lot. They are very stretchy and comfortable to wear. No leaks or overflo, which was great. It had no odor and it also had great odor content and the sizing was great.

The label photo shows them to be right under your belly button, which was not the case for me, as it was well over mine. I didn’t care for the bulky feel of the pad and felt too much like a diaper. These also have a light powdery scent that I was not a fan of.

I bought these for my mother because she hated the other brand she had because they are bulky and hang down so low on her. Was no difference at all. A little disappointed. Shes hourglass figure 5' 6" and 153. She has parkinsons so we had to buy xl to help her pull them up. Are the other styles not as low and bulky? Can we get a sample? Thank u! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t like the fact that I’m at this stage in life that requires wearing disposable underwear but it is what it is, as they say. The Always Discreet disposable underwear are as they say in their name “discreet” you can’t tell I have them on and they do make me feel more confident when I’m out running errands or spending time with family and/or friends. I don’t worry about having an “accident” and everyone knowing, saving me the embarrassment of running to the bathroom!
