I got the XL underwear as I am a plus size woman. My waist is 56" and I weigh 300lbs. I am constantly pulling this underwear up and because of that, it is very uncomfortable. I hope that Always will offer bigger sizes for us plus sized women. For now, I am again searching for underwear that fits me and is comfortable and gives me confidence that I am discreetly protected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Protection Underwear aren't that impressive in my opinion. I found them to be poorly made, not very absorbent and certainly not discreet. They are puffy and uncomfortable. I am not a fan and do not recommend them.

These undergarments provide protection against small leaks while comfortable and giving the feel of wearing a real pair of underwear. It gives you the feeling of freedom even when you feel like you've lost some independence over your bladder control which is hard to accept. These don't protect from a full on loss on overnights but that could be from shifting during sleep. You still have to line with a pad to feel like you catch it all. I think these give confidence in a store where you may not have access to a bathroom fast enough, but be on the way, but I wouldn't expect to sleep all night and have total bladder loss and not expect some small leaks. Overall though, this is a confidence booster.

They fit wonderfully as they are form fitted all the way around your body. Feels like a normal panty. These come in different sizes for various body sizes. They also come in different designs (full coverage and a bikini panty).

In addition, they look feminine, and have a nice little bow feature printed on the front of the panties, which is not only decorative but helps me to determine which is the back and which is the front. I feel very confident when wearing them because they are extremely absorbent, and I have not experienced any leaks at all. This is probably because any liquid is turned to gel and the underwear is lightly scented which all adds to a feeling of "clean" and not having to worry about unpleasant odors. It is important to feel protected when out and about and this product checks all of the boxes for me.

They seem to stay in place do not shift or leak in the middle of the night. It feels pretty comfortable, I sometimes wear them outside the house and when I do, I’m always wondering if someone can see that I’m wearing one or if it looks like I’m wearing a pamper, but everyone reassures me that it does not so I really appreciate that all in all. I think these are great. I would recommend you at least try them once.
