[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my mom and she is so happy with the feel of this Always Discreet. I could see how comfortable she was using this product. Even her attitude was different. They really look and feel like cute underwear.

I will NEVER buy this product again! I tried them twice and BOTH times were the same outcome! The padding starts tearing apart after 10-15 minutes of putting them on and I haven’t even “leaked”! I have told everyone about them and they’ve ALL said the same thing! I will DEFINITELY be switching to a different brand, TERRIBLE product!

I've been dealing with incontinence for quite some time, and have tried several brands. Since using Always undergarments/panty liners I will never use another brand. They are comfortable once you get that right fit and position on your body. They hold A LOT. I sometimes can go all night without changing and in the morning the panty is VERY HEAVY from usage and there was no leakage during the night. I've tried the Boutique but find I can only where them when going out for the day....never at night. I also use the #5 Long Panty Liners during the day. I have to say I was very happy with my choice. They fit well, didn't add bulk to my pantiliner and kept me nice and dry. I will definitely be buying these again.

The Always Discreet Underwear Max handle problems with bladder leakage very well. They are comfortable to wear and are not bulky. The triple layers keep wetness away from the body so irritation is kept to a minimum. The only problem I had is that they sagged at the waist, but I believe that is due to my size and not because of a defect in the product.

These pullups are pretty and peach in color, they conform to bumps and curves and move with the body. The dry weave wicks the urine away from body and feels dry to touch. These things hold a huge amount of liquid. Definitely recommend these.
