[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the 1st time in my life, age 40, I have found the need to use the discreet underwear. It took a minute to adjust to/get used to wearing them, but once I did, I was able to wear them during day but only under black pants.

Switched couple of years ago from depends to Always Discreet and Always is Always there for you. Received a new package and the color has been changed to light blue. Nice and it appears to me the absorbency is even better. and so is the structure. Any improvement is Always appreciated. Thank you. Highly recommend this product for those of us in need.

They fit just as comfortable as my regular underwear do. I am so glad I finally found a product that fits me and doesn't feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend them.

I love the feeling but I would suggest a size down in my opinion for that good fit. These are so much better then pads or tampons and you can just toss them when done.
