[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear are comfortable to wear & I like that they’re not bulky. They are soft & stretchable. I can move around in them. I wear these to help with incontinency, & they help prevent leaks. They have absorbent padding & pull up to my waist. They fit like regular underwear & I like how convenient they are. When I’m out I don’t have to worry making an unexpected mess & wear them at home too. They keep me feeling dry & odor free. I can keep an extra in my bag too, without it taking up a lot of space. The S/M fit true to size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fit snug on me. I have a kinda large butt with hips and I believe I should’ve sized up on these. They are good on but I’d prefer to have something more comfy fitting. It’s my fault though to why they feel that way. Overall, great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes but these are terrible. They don’t fit like normal underwear I’m a size 16/18 and these barely fit. They are very bulky in the front like a giant pad and it’s very visible in your pants! They are hot as well. They didn’t smell great either. The fit on these is just embarrassing

I have used this product for a couple of weeks and it has worked very well. It is so comfortable and Discreet is the perfect name for it as it is undetectable under my clothes. I have used other products but this is my favorite because it has the best fit and absorbs so well. I will definitely continue to use it and recommend it to my friends, discreetly.

These can also had additional pads added for the very first days post birth to help with super heavy days. Much more comfortable and less work overall.

This is a great product!! (My neighbor gladly tried these out for me, and LOVED them!!) She is definitely going to use these going forward!!
