I like them they work well... however they need to be more quieter in the rear end area.. they make a diaper sound when walking. Thats the only problem I have with them. They're supposed to be discreet not say hey everyone you hear my diaper im wearing. Its embarrassing.

I was a dedicated long-time user of the old Always. I was shocked and surprised to see the new version. Clearly changes made not to improve the product, but for cost cutting (despite the marketing spin put on it). Now no better than any generic product. No longer even claims to be rapid dry or odor lock. Consider myself one more lost customer.

These worked perfect for what I needed them for. I are super aborbant with no leaks, thank the lord. They are very easy to remove as well. Even tho I used them this way they would work for night time protecting for incontinence for someone as well. I highly recommend this brand.

These are huge. They are very high-waisted and stretch very well. I wish they were more midrise but the absorbancy is nice.

Thanks Always, I just received my free sample of Always discreet panties. Love the floral design and the fit. They are so comfortable and the odor blocking design is so pleasant. I could not believe how absorbent they are. I will never go back to any other brand of bladder leakage. And like the other male users I love them. I do not believe you need to change a thing about them, men can wear them just the way they are.
