This was my first time ordering live flowers online, so I was naturally apprehensive. However, I was extremely happy with my order once I saw them. They were absolutely gorgeous, exactly as it looked online. I can’t wait to order again.

After my friend received the flowers, she took a picture and showed me the flowers. She said that the flowers were fresh and the colors were beautiful. She was very happy.

Absolutely stunning! The roses arrived fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. The hot pink color is even more gorgeous in person and instantly brightened the room. They exceeded my expectations and made the perfect gift. Highly recommend!

they were gorgeous flowers , my only reason for four stars is the vase was in a separate area in the box and my 80 year old mother could not find the vase in the box , so i went to buy her one and i dug more in the box and it was there , they should mark the box with the word vase on it for older folks 🤣

I saw their ad, 100 long stem roses delivered for Valentines at $99.00 in club or $119.00 on -line, while supplies last. I went to Sam's club to make the purchase of the $99.00, but the ladies at the service desk , did not know how to place or ring up my order. Even looking at the ad, they couldn't figure it out , cause there was no barcode to scan. They were very apologetic, and gave me information on how I can order online. When I got home , I went on line and was very impressed with the variety of choices that were offered. I've chosen the one that had the mixture of red, white, orange, yellow and pink roses, plus a glass vase.They even offered a free message with the order. My total was $119.00 , plus tax, and was scheduled for delivery on February 13th. I called Sam's Club the next day, and the lady remembered me, and told her I got my order placed and paid for, but I wasn't happy about paying the on-line price . She told me to call back the next day, cause the person who could help me would be in. Well he offered to send me a $25.00 gift card, for my trouble, which I accepted , but still haven't received it yet. The flowers were delivered on the 13th, ( I was notified by email, the whole tracking of the order) and they looked BEAUTIFUL!! It was missing the message I filled out, and the stuff you mix in the water. Otherwise, my wife was REALLY surprised and happy. She took a picture of the flowers and posted it on Facebook . The responses she got were amazing. Now , trying to remember too follow-up on the gift card I didn't get yet...lol

I ordered a red bouquet for my Mom and a yellow bouquet for my Mother-in-law for Mother’s Day. The yellow roses arrived 2 days before Mother’s Day (as requested) but the red roses did not. They were scheduled to arrive the day after Mother’s Day which was very disappointing. The roses I received were ok and I did receive a refund for the others.

The flowers were small small. Not like the store ones thoses are big. They zip tie the bouquet...this causes most of the flowers to snap right in the middle. I was not to happy with the results.

The flowers arrived in a wet box, I believe it was turned to inside when shipped. The flowers arrived broken, and wilted.

I ordered the members mark rose vase arrangement for Mother’s Day ,first it did not arrive on time it arrived 2 days after delivery date!! several roses arrived brown .I reached out to customer service they hanged up on me 3 times .Lastly talked to the flower department on Monday a day after Mother’s Day and finally spoke to a very nice lady and she refunded my money .iam very disappointed /fustrated /sad I didn’t give my mother her flowers just in time for her party on Mother’s Day .Next time I’ll use a different store never again will I get flowers from SAMS!
