I bought this for my son, as a housewarming gift for his new, first apartment. The mattress showed up early, so good there. My son said it surprised him when he opened it (kinda popped him in the face). He said opened easy and fast. Very comfy was the verdict, and he has been extremely pleased with the purchase. He has been sleeping on it for over a month now; and continues speak highly of the sleep experience.

This mattress is magnificent. From day 1I sleep all night without pain. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because it has a little bit of a strange odor it's taken about a week and a 1/2 for it to die down great purchase would definitely recommend.

Seven years ago I bought a Memory Foam mattress but turns out it didn't have a very good memory. Within the first year I was already thinking I need a new mattress. I kept putting it off and then finally I started shopping for mattresses on-line. Turns out with all the specialty mattress stores and Best Deals, Sam's had the best deal and the best mattress. It is awesome. Now, the only drawback was the compressed status of the mattress when it was delivered. I was really apprehensive about the best way to unroll it. But, I did it and love the mattress.

Was delivered on time. The box is heavy and the box was beat up pretty bad. I followed the directions carefully and opened it. Fortunately, there was no damage to the mattress. Let it setup and "cure" for one week before sleeping on it. Absolutely love it! Firm, just as advertised and just as I like. But it is still soft enough for the Mrs! Wish now that I would have bought 2 when on it was sale!

This is the second of these Zinus Hybrid Mattress we have purchased. The first is our main bed and we have had it for several years now. Very pleased with that one. This one we purchased for a guest room. My wife prefers a softer bed and this one is nice and soft to lay on yet supported very well from within. I am big guy and can lay on it comfortably and I feel very well supported. Guest have told us that it is a very comfortable mattress.

Bought this for a guest bedroom. Had one couple sleep in it for 2 nights. They felt it was way too hard. Then my adult daughter slept in it for 5 nights. She also complained it was extremely hard, “like sleeping on a cement floor”. She always exaggerate but the point is, it's too hard, not comfortable. We had to return it. Sam's Club was very helpful in the return process.

Great value, and I like the level of support. However, I feel like it wasn't handled very well in the shipping process, and the box was caved in at the top and the taping was loosened. Then, when I opened and rolled out the mattress and removed the plastic, I noticed that it has a quarter size brown spot in the center that will not come off. I did try to spot clean and sanitize the area, and I also have a mattress protector.

Bought this bed 2 weeks ago. It expanded fully within 24 hours, left it to air out another 24 hours. This bed is firm. But it also has foam to conform to your body. Switched to this from a tempurpedic mattress. i haven't slept this well in years. I am a back and side sleeper and it works well for both. I no longer wake up when my husband moves around. Super happy with the purchase!

We bought our first Night Therapy iCoil Mattress for our guest room. We loved the prize and the reviews were spot on. . . our guests loved the mattress as well. Well 6 months later, my husband and I realized that we had been sleeping terrible and needed to replace our own mattress. So we decided to buy another Night Therapy iCoil mattress for own bed. . . .and it's been the best decision ever!! We sleep great, firmer than I normally like it, but I sleep so good! Also, my husband wakes up earlier than I need to for work and I never feel when he gets up. . . which is a PLUS!! Definitely recommend it!!!

My husband and I bought this mattress several weeks ago. I love this plush, firm mattress but my husband says he is still getting used to it, so I had to rate it as 4 star mattress. He can't seem to explain the issue with it, but agrees that it's a good mattrees At first we tried it without the boxspring but the mattress was not at the height we were used to, so we ordered the 5" low profile Night Therapy box spring and now we are sleeping better. I would say we got a great deal.
