Mattress is excellent. The way it came was a little unreal but like all the other reviews it does open up into a nice mattress. My only complaint is that it's a little softer than I was exoecting. But ffor the price it is a good quality mattress.

I was very skeptical about not feeling a mattress before buying it. Im so glad I bought it. Setting it up was a breeze and it is the perfect balance of soft and a little firmness to it.

haven't had a good night sleep since I got this mattress. I sink down and become Traps. I can hardly stand straight in the mornings after sleeping on this mattress. I really hate it and I don't have the money to get a new one.

I purchased 2 mattresses for my daughters. The technology amazed me when I removed it from the delivery box and it extended to full size in about 2 hours. Sleeps like a dream according to my daughters. I would recommend it to anyone.

Good price and good quality. Using this mattress for extra room. Does have a plastic smell to it even after almost a month of having it. I'm sure it will go away once it's warm enough out so I can open windows to air out room.sa

I was surprised to get this mattress in a square box! Wasn't sure what the box was when delivered. Anyway, ..I cut off the wrapping and it sucked in air and expanded to a Queen size mattress within seconds..no odor. It's going in our guest bedroom. I did lay on it and it seemed supportive, but soft, we'll see how our guests like it. Arrived quickly. Quality doesn't appear to be great, probably won't last but a couple of year, if that. Hope the shrinking of this mattress doesn't effect the springs inside.

We have had this mattress for 3 years. I absolutely hate it. It is so hard and uncomfortable. We bought it for my sons and none of them want to sleep in it either. We have added two mattress toppers and it is still hard as a rock. I do not recommend.
