We decided to try this out as an easy way to get a matress without hauling it home or paying for delivery (notice with the normal mattresses at Sam's club that delivery is included but the price is higher than buying in club ). Anyway, we figured it was worth a try. My husband now wants to replace our matress with one of these, we like it that much! It's firm but that's what we like. The one down side to this type of matress is you can't sit on the edge of the bed like you're used to because it doesn't have the 'wall' that a traditional bed does. I don't think ours rose to full height by maybe an inch but I'm ok with that.

My wife and I think the Zinus iCoil mattress is awesome. The individually wrapped coils create a firm and stabile "feel" - like the independent suspension of a car where each wheel absorbs bumps independently of the other wheels. My wife and I can get out of bed without the other person feeling it at all. The 13" top layer of memory foam is a solid and supportive (but not hard or stiff) cushion between you and the independent coils. This mattress is the best we have ever owned and we highly recommend it.

Purchased for a guest room. I tried sleeping 3 nights and too hard for me. If you push ur hand into mattress, it feels great, like you will sink right in, but laying on it is a different story. Not sure yet, but kinda regret buying. The mattress base was great, the bed just isn't comfortable

I brought this maybe a month now. The wow is never seen nothing like in my life. I pushed the box in saying no way. And it came out looking more like a mattress pad. But it formed before my eyes...LOL.. And I love it. My Carmen fort me over the test. She's my loving shitzu. Its great doesn't move like some expensive cheap mattresses. I didnt buy the box spring. But absolutely try it.

this is my second night therapy mattrrss. this mattress is awesome! not too hard, not too soft. perfect! only issue was returning one of these back to sam's due to a defect. i know Rome wasn't built in a day, but geez, that was a huge mess! once i cleared that up & got the replacement, all is good

This is neither medium nor firm. The first night of sleeping on this mattress my husband was in a pretty deep depression in it. He weighs 215 lbs, I wouldn't think that's too heavy. The mattress doesn't recover its shape when we're out of it. I don't know if this one in particular is defective or if the entire line of this brand does not perform as advertised. I have requested a return and refund from Sam's Club and I'm shopping for a new mattress again. Very disappointed.

This was the worst mistake ever in life. Never Never Never buy a bed online again. Delivery was great came on time, in a box, unwrapped it. Was clean, smooth, and nicely fitted. Left the house so the mattress could set and hours later after returning my whole upper level smelled like mold & mildew. I was shocked because I just didn't know where the Oder came from tell I slept on the mattress overnight and woken with a massive headache. Still didn't know where the Oder came from tell finally I was like only thing other then the frame that was new was the bed. Omg took the bed back to sams club for a return and that's when the frustration begin. I had to fight with sams for over 2 weeks for a return of my money due to buying a defective mattress on their part. Omg it's really sad when 2 weeks past and the manager on the store doesn't remember you but the moldy mattress standing up her store.

Recent purchase. Love it's look. No problems setting it up by myself (65+ great grandmother). Slept on it one night to test comfort level for quest bedroom. Great, restful sleep. My third mattress of this type. First two were for my 16 and 10 year old granddaughters. They still love them after at least three years.

This is the second of these Zinus Hybrid Mattress we have purchased. The first is our main bed and we have had it for several years now. Very pleased with that one. This one we purchased for a guest room. My wife prefers a softer bed and this one is nice and soft to lay on yet supported very well from within. I am big guy and can lay on it comfortably and I feel very well supported. Guest have told us that it is a very comfortable mattress.

It's thicker than I expected, the firmness is perfect, and I seem to sweat a lot less at night. I would buy this again and absolutely recommend it to others. The box it shipped in was way smaller than expected. This mattress is very heavy, make sure you have it right side up when you open the vacuum seal because flipping it is exhausting.
