After getting past how heavy the box was and how squished the mattress looked after opening it up, I was extremely pleased with this mattress. Very comfortable and firm at the same time. I am very happy with this product. You'll be amazed how it opens and becomes such a good mattress after seeing it when you first take it out of the box. My husband said it was firmer and more comfortable than the generic sleep number bed we had which was really a nice mattress till the air started leaking. Seriously, this is a good mattress at a good price.

just one word to say about this bed is " Ahhhhhhhh ". When it first arrived, I though I had ordered the wrong bed. It was about 4 feet high and about 2 feet wide. I took it into the bedroom to unpack and it turned into a queen size mattress ,like magic.This had to be the best bed I had every slept on and for the price, Five stars

We a little skeptic, but figured we would give it a shot. Bed and frame for under $500 was worth the risk. It's worth it. I comes in two heavy boxes. One is the frame and one is the mattress. Frame went together very easily (and I usually struggle puting the simplest things together). The mattress "expansion" will surprise you. It seems like it would roll out head-to-foot. it does, but there is a surprise. it is also actually folded in half--so halfway through the roll-out there is a sudden "flip" side-to-side. Not a biggie, but took us by surprise. Put mattress on frame and were pleasantly surprised. It isn;t a rock-hard mattress, but it is firm and comfortable, More than adequate for our intent--guest room. slept on it a couple of nights just to check--no problems.

I bought two of these mattresses. They are very soft and comfortable. The quality is very good. They look like they are very expensive mattresses. I was surprised how they were shipped and came rolled up in a box. After unpacking the mattress extended itself and you would have never guessed it was rolled up. Best buy!!!

When I received this mattress 'in a box' I really had my doubts. I unboxed it and found the instructions in the bottom of the box. This WAS a time I was going to read the instructions. To my amazement, the mattress unfolded into a full Queen size. We let it adjust for 48 hours and it is a very comfortable mattress. I only wished I had taken a video of the process! Very impressed!

When I first saw the box on my front porch I told my wife, "We're taking it back". Just seeing the box the mattress came in made me think this could not possibly be a real mattress. However, after releasing the mattress from its enclosure, watching it inflate, and then trying it, we were so impressed that we ordered two more. We put all three in our Colorado cabin. These mattresses are amazing. They are every bit as comfortable as our $800 pillowtop mattress. We added 3" of memory foam on top of each mattress for super plush comfort, but they don't really need it. They are firm but very soft. We are amazed & totally satisfied with the quality & price of these mattresses!

We truely love this purchase. I bought it for our RV and am so happy with the fit and the comfort. I was going to put a topper on but, no need! Just the right level of comfort and it appears it may be very durable as well. Time will tell but as of right now, I am pleased that a mattress under $400.00 could be so nice!

The Mattress arrived in a box kind of small box for a mattress I was even wondering if it was the Queen size I had orders as a gift for my sister well yes it was she likes it its very comfortable and I would have never guessed I would get that quality and comfort for the price I paid

I have purchased many mattresses over the last 35 years. Many of these have been at least 3 times more expensive but this has been the best of the lot by far. Very comfortable yet supportive at the same time. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new mattress.

I bought this last week and after 4 days sitting under fans the mattress still has a strong mildew smell which has spread throughout the house. I am returning to the local store. Lucky for me I saved the plastic bag that was wrapped around the mattress; otherwise I would not be able to return it per Sams Club policy.
