Very disappointed in this mattress. I got this a little over a year ago and the pillowy top slice of the hybrid mattress slid to one side off of the springs/coils. Hard to explain but it's making it dangerous to get into one side of the bed since the top portion has slid so far off of the bottom. Also, the mattress never fully expanded either. The corners look like they are crushed, so you can slide off if you don't get fully on top of the bed. Wish I could get my money back.

I don't know how long this will last under normal use-- we intend to use it as a guestroom mattress-- but it appears to be of reasonable quality, a good bargain and is very comfortable. I recommend that you use a continuous platform beneath it however, since it doesn't have a box spring. Spaced slats with gaps may not support the bottoms of the springs properly.

I was purchase this mattras because it was good reference online .but I will never suggest anybody to buy this product because it has bad smell which coming worse everyday,maybe if I wrap it in the plastic, smell will be gone mattress will lose quality so it is not good idea

Our last mattress was purchased from Sams and it was delivered in a box. Same size, same 13" top and we LOVED it. I mistakenly thought this would be the same. The other mattress lasted years with no permanent depressions - this one has deep depressions after less than 6 months! NOT happy.

First, we bought one for our daughter. When we take her to bed every night. We lie down next to her for reading bedtime stories. Oh man! We don't want to get up, so we bought another one for ourselves. The gel on the top makes it good temperature to sleep on. It is very firm and comfy. It is just how we like it. You cannot beat the price with the free shipping. And we paid $20 for a garbage disposal company for picking up the old mattress. It is defintely a good deal and value. I have 7 hours of sleep all night long.

Please help! Very disappointed and need to return it because I can't use it. I purchase this same mattress at least 3 times before in the past and it was very comfortable and have recommended it to others. However this purchase was made in California and is not from the same company as the ones I received in Virginia. I purchased this for my brother that is battling stage IV cancer and has lost a lot of weight so he needed a mattress that was going to be soft, plush and comfortable. I hate to say this mattress is so hard that it caused him to ache even more. I tried adding a form topper and even a coushioned pillow top mattess cover but it is still a problem. I really need to return this because it is causing more problems than what we are already facing.

We purchased this mattress and are not happy with it. Guess I should have expected it from the price however thought because of the name it would be descent. I feel like I'm laying on a kids mattress. All of our mattresses are from sams and are super comfortable but this one not so much. My kids have a better mattress than me and my fiancé.

Terrible mattress

I am a very picky person. And usually I wouldn't dare get a mattress without laying on it first. But when I kept reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance. I truly didn't expect to like it. (isn't that crazy). I figured I'd be the one odd ball that wouldn't like what I felt. I was more than surprised!! Its firm enough, yet still soft! I can't say enough great things about this mattress. I have been telling everyone I know about it. If your reading the reviews like I did.. Take it from a very satisfied customer. I LOVE IT! and you won't regret it either. I can't say how long it will last, since I have only had it a few weeks. But it feels like one that will be with me for a long time .

Don't worry about ordering a mattress online. We are very pleased with the mattress and you can't beat the price.
