resistance setting not good, I am recovering from an injury, I do not need a lot of resistance at this time, not able reduce same. can you help me?

This is my second Marcy bike. My husband rode the first one over 37,000 miles before it wore out. .

Bike assembly was easy and everything fit together well. I wanted a simple bike and this is it. The eight levels of resistance work are distinct. I am 6' 4" tall and the bike does not expand long enough for proper leg extension for me (on the fence if I should return it). I would say the bike is limited to someone that is 6' 1" tall. There is flex in the frame. That can be fixed with some padding under the main support bar but should have been addressed by the manufacturer. To change resistance you have to manually turn the knob. The arms under the chair are kind of flimsy, too. Seat is OK to use. The cup holder is too small for bike water bottles. I don't like the wide Q factor in the cranks but that is inherent in all recumbent trainers. Quiet.

I am 4'10" and this bike is a perfect fit for my height. I think if a person is any shorter, they wouldn't be able to use the bike. It was really easy to put together and took only about an hour. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. It's best to have two people to assemble it, but can be done by just one person. It's a solid, sturdy bike! It's also easy to get in and out of the seat. It's compact so it doesn't take up a lot of room. I also recommend getting a Marcy exercise equipment mat to put under the bike. I was told the mat will help take the strain off of the joints and protect the flooring underneath the bike. I highly recommend this bike and the mat!

I love my new Marcy Recumbent Bike. It is very comfortable and easy to ride. I've had it about 2 weeks now and I have put on over 100 mile on it. It was also very easy to put it together. I'm a 58 year old woman and I put it together by myself. It was also pack extremely well. Every piece was wrapped. There was no way the bike was going to get scratched. Also the delivery was very fast. I got it 4 days early than the suggested date. Overall I'm very pleased.

The assembly looks intimidating but it is really easy with the step by step instructions and all the tools you will need. I put it in the living room in front of the window and tv. I can't stay off of it. It's quiet and sturdy. Totally recommend it! The only downside is that the screen is hard to read what mode you are using.

the bike came on time..and household put it together in jiffy quick time. its easy for the whole family to get on and off. ..and it even has a cup holder in the center...I use it to put the tv remote there while i'm on it. ..nice padded seats and padded back. Very well made. when we have to move it out of the way it glides on the hard surface ..not that heavy. when considering which bike to purchase I looked also at the size..length and what functions it had compared to others ..this fit the bill and was at a better price. also its quiet..no noise!

Over all the set up went quickly. They provide you with all the parts as well. The workout has been amazing so far! I have only moved it up to level 2 in the past 2 days and I have been able to challenge myself. I can only imagine how much I will sweat on level 8! I'm giving it 3 stars because the monitor doesn't give accurate readings as far as speed and the button gets stuck that allows you to check your time, speed, calories and distance. If customer service will send me a new monitor I will change this to a 5 star review for sure. Happy hunting!

I love this bike! I had it for over a week now and I am so happy I bought it. It was somewhat easy for my husband to put together. It's very quiet and comfortable. It doesn't take up a whole lot of space and can be moved fairly easy. I am on the heavier side and have bad knees and hip and this was a great investment for me.

I WAS A 70 YEAR OLD FEMALE WHEN I PURCHASED THE BIKE. YET I WAS ABLE TO ASSEMBLE IT BY MYSELF WITH ONLY ONE SMALL SNAFU. MY SON FIXED THAT FOR ME! I REALLY LOVE THIS BIKE, IT IS SO QUIET AND IT OFFERS A SMOOTH RIDE. I LOOK FORWARD TO RIDING MY BIKE DAILY. SO HAPPY I MADE THE RIGHT DECISION WHEN I CHOSE THIS BIKE!
