These lozenges have been very effective as far as getting me through when i start to have issues. So much better to use these than trying to go cold turkey.

This is gonna be a pretty long review because I really want to describe my experience with this product as well as possible. 1st of all I was expecting them to taste awful, and they actually have a decent cherry taste, but they're also quite peppery and I got a sensation in my mouth like I blew out a match and laid it on my tongue while it was still warm and it was quite unpleasant. After having the lozenge in my mouth for a minute it really started dissolving and the liquid from that happening was very substantial. As it pooled up in my mouth I immediately got the urge to swallow it but that is a big no no. The directions say to swallow as little as possible but you're also not supposed to spit it out, so it's really quite the conundrum and I ended up basically being forced to swallow it out of a lack of any other choice. A few seconds after I did my throat actually swelled up quite a bit and it was pretty alarming, really. But I kept with it and let it dissolve completely and the burning and tingling and throat swelling sensation slowly went away thank goodness. I was concerned there for a minute, lol. Afterwards my mouth was super, super, dry. About 20 minutes after taking the lozenge I really did feel quite a bit of relief from the nicotine cravings I had been having. I had forced myself to go without smoking for several hours before I took it and I have been smoking at least a pack of cigarettes a day since I was about 12 and I'm 42 now so I was experiencing a whole lot of irritation, difficulty concentrating, restlessness, and anxiety. It was such a good feeling for those things to kinda go away that the bad experience I had of actually taking the lozenge was worth it. I've been sticking with it and taking several of them a day for a little over 2 months and I amazingly haven't smoked not even one cigarette, that's how effective these things are. So, we were both interested in trying them in hopes it might help with our cravings to want to smoke cigarettes. In the hopes of it did work that I would purchase more to help him quit. I can quit cold turkey whenever. Well let me tell you these lozenges were the absolute worse. They cause a burning sensation in the back of your throat. They taste absolutely awful. I got super nauseous that I spit out the lozenge after just having it my mouth for a couple of minutes. I would not recommend this to anyone looking to quit smoking. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I’m not sure if we both had just weird experiences or if this happens to everyone. But I would definitely be cautious with this product.

I’ve started my quit smoking journey and so far, so good with this product! These lozenges are mini sized and come in small containers that fit inside your bag or purse to take on the go! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the smaller size much more convenient not only for carrying with me, but also for in your mouth. When my spouse quit, she preferred the larger lozenges, but I like the smaller ones since the bottle fits conveniently in my pocket and the smaller size is more comfortable in my mouth. I actually prefer the cherry to the mint that I used for the first step before dropping down to the 2 mg.
