The 4mg has stronger nicotine, and I always put 1 under my tongue, it lasts a while for me. I like the cherry ice flavor. The most important thing is it helps me stop smoking, it is small tube, easy to take 1 tube with me in my pocket. I like it really works for me, thanks.

The lozenges are much better! They have a nice minty taste, are easy to carry in the small vials containers. It's easy to just "pop one in". I had the mint flavor which was pretty good however I wasn't able to successfully use them because I kept getting a burning feeling in my throat almost like an acid reflux feeling.
