Usually the big ones I end up tossing out nearly the whole thing because its too much. But with these being the right size, i can handle it a lot better. I wanted to quit smoking for a very long time, but I delayed everything. On day X, I decided to quit not in the morning, but in the afternoon, so the most difficult time for canceling was at night and in the morning it was a little easier. It has a rather specific taste, but not at all nasty. At first it seemed that it wasn’t helping, but I began to gasp for air deeply, as if I was smoking, my throat was twitching slightly, it looked like, so after a couple of minutes of such fun, the panic passed ... wait out periods of panic and that's it, not for long, from 5 to 15 minutes, and lollipops in this for me turned out to be a huge helper! I used it for 2 weeks, gradually reducing the amount. Now I do without them. I really recommend it to those who decide to give up their nasty habit! They are actually very soothing on my throat. I am using these lozenges as a way to skip smoking a cigarette. I am a 2 pack a day smoker but with these lozenges, I have dropped to 1 pack a day. I need to go buy some more.
