It's honestly got a good flavor and not a bad after taste like some other brands I've tried. As far as helping the actual smoking cessation, the 2mg would be great for someone who has been a little further along in the quiting process then myself. Overall great product.

I’ve been reducing my smoking and nicotine usage since March 2020. Lung damage/tobacco use is such a huge risk factor for negative health outcomes in so many ways! Having these in my arsenal when I have a craving has been so great, and it helps to break the muscle memory and physical habit of smoking. Also, you can do it anywhere!
