He says his craving for cigarettes has decreased significantly.. only few down sides he has to use quite a bit of them in a day and for the forst few days it gave him serious heartburn. They were just the right size, but the mg could have been stronger, but thats just me. The containers are cute, tiny and easy to carry with you! I am not a fan of mint flavored things so I was so happy to see this flavor! The Lozenges are in small containers and they are super small too so I can slip them in my pocket or pocketbook and no one knows they are there. When I feel the urge to smoke I can use one and it curbs my craving for nicotine. They taste great too cherry with a slight cooling cooling sensation . These really have helped me to quit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Member's Mark Mini Nicotine Lozenges in 2 mg strength is a great product for mild smokers (people who smoke within 30 minutes of waking need the 4mg) who want to stop smoking. The lozenges taste pretty decent considering that most of these lozenges taste like cough syrup, but this lozenge isn't bad at all. It has a cherry vitamin c taste to it that I found to be good. I also found that it successfully curbed my nicotine cravings well. I still need to work on my behavioral addiction but the lozenge treats the nicotine addiction for sure as I am a mild smoker.
