These are really a game changer! They are very tiny and you don’t have to chew on it! The flavor is fine and there is no burning sensation! I don’t know if they fully cut it when it comes to cravings however this is 2mg and maybe I should give the 4 a go! All in all it’s a great product that I can at least give my best shot with!

I have been a smoker for many years & have been trying to kick the habit or at least cut back , with the help of the lozenges they lessen the crave. These also have a nice flavor as well. Only downside is they are so small they don’t last long. For someone who places a zin pouch between their check and gums, this product does not give the same feeling as having something there like a nicotine gum would give. It’s is great product if you are into mints, the size is just a downfall. The product does come in smaller containers that are easy to carry around with you which is a plus.
