[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a free product sample and I have to say I am glad I did. I am not a fan. It said Cherry Ice but it was not cool at all. I read a warm sensation, I was like okay it will get a little warm. No, I would have rather had a fireball in my mouth. Even just moving it around made my tongue burn. I couldn't even make it through a quarter of the lozenge. I can't handle the heat so its not right for me.

They are cheaper than many alternative and do a great job at curbing my appetite for nicotine. The taste is pretty decent, but it doesn't last as long as I wished it would. Overall, a great value product.

I was able to withhold from smoking because of this product. It kept my cravings down a lot more than I had anticipated they would. They taste isn’t to mellow or to strong. They do work as a stop smoking aid but as anyone knows it’s very hard. For me I’m taking it slow. Baby steps. And trying hard. I do find myself sneaking though but I get better as time goes on. It does fill the nicotine urge but I have other addictions with smoking that’s still a whole other world such as hand to mouth. That’s the hard thing and I’m used to it. These are 4 mg so if you smoke with in the first 30 of waking up you’ll want this mg. Plus it comes with plenty to last. They still taste fresh.
