These come in handy because they are in 8 mini quittube containers. These came in a 4mg which is recommended if you smoke a cigarette within the first 30 minutes of waking up which I do. I would highly recommend these to anyone trying to stop smoking.

They didn't taste all of that good, was cherry flavored but I could still taste the chemicals in them. They do work because every time I craved a cigarette, I would pop a lozenges in my mouth and within about 3-5 min's, I was good!

You really want something that is easy to carry and have it when the urge strikes. The size of lozenges are also small, making it fast and easy to take. I like cherry Ice flavor.
