The lozenges are much better! They have a nice minty taste, are easy to carry in the small vials containers. It's easy to just "pop one in". I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of product.

I love the Cherry Ice flavor as cherry and mint are my typical go to flavors so this has both in one. We’ll see if it’s effective in actually helping to quit smoking (fingers crossed). The first time I wasn’t used to it so it made me feel a little off, even slightly nauseous and dizzy. Hoping that with time it’ll go away but for now it just feels very strong.
