(2 weeks) I like the minty taste and the fact that there is no after-taste is a plus. The small mini tubes are perfect to take with you anywhere and to always have a Lozenge on hand when the urge hits you. So far, this has really helped me to not just cut down, but I feel better and believe I can quit for good. I highly recommend for anyone serious about kicking the habit!

Smoking is more of a mental thing for me. I could go a few days without smoking but then my anxiety kicks in and I make up for lost time. They don’t taste terrible but not something I would just suck on if it didn’t have benefits to it. It didn’t do anything for my cravings when my anxiety was high and I didn’t need them when it wasn’t. I know there are higher doses and maybe this was just too low for me

They are small, and can easily and comfortably be moved from the tongue to the cheek. They are very discreet, no one will know you are even using them. The lozenges definitely reduced my urge to smoke and they kept that urge under control even after the lozenge had dissolved. As I continued to use these lozenges I found that each day I was thinking less about smoking as my desire to smoke reduced. I definitely recommend these small lozenges in the battle against cigarettes. They really worked for me and were so easy to use.

I quit many years ago and just started a plan due to the urge to start again. I have purchase mint 2 mg lozenges from a different brand and I found the cherry 4 mg had a better taste and way better after taste plus the 4 mg lozenge works way better compared to the 2 mg lozenges I was already using. I have since purchased these again and will continue to for as long as I need. I would highly recommend trying these to curb that urge but be careful because the flavor makes it hard not to use constantly.
