They are long lasting with a nice minty flavor that helps me reduce the urge to smoke. I carry them with me wherever I go and the containers are small and compact so you can put them in your pocket or purse. I love the size of the lozenges as they are small and do not sting your tounge or leave a thick coat or aftertaste after using unlike other similar products. I noticed after taking my irritability/ cravings are gone. The packaging is perfect as inside the box contains 8 mini "QuitTube" containers that you can throw in a bag or your pocket to easily take and access anytime you need. very easy directions on how to take and successfully quit smoking. one box contains enough lozenges for 12 weeks of use tapering in 3 groups, weeks 1-6, weeks 7-9 and weeks 10-12. Another great part is the packaging being tamper proof so children cannot easily open. overall an amazing product to help quit smoking in a convient, easy way. I love the Member's Mark brand in general as they offer great products for a fraction of the price as box box brands!

Easy to use, the directions are very clear. I did have a small tingling sensation in my mouth the first day after that it went away, I would highly recommend.

Great product, but it is hard to quit when they keep running out of them, and I think the cherry is disgusting.
