I wasn’t sure that this lozenge would do the trick based on previous experiences with lozenges. I smoke about a half a pack a day and I’ve noticed since starting these, I’m down to less than 5 a day!! That is a HUGE improvement for me! My biggest “complaint” is the flavor. I do wish there were other flavor options or that these tasted a little less intense. I would still highly recommend these because I can deal with the flavor as long as it continues to work and keeps me from smoking. It’s also affordable — especially compared to how much I spend on cigs. And the water bottle was a nice bonus! This might be my favorite box ever if it actually gets me to stop smoking completely!
